AKSHAY SHAH
FCCA – Founder
Akshay qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2001 and since worked in various large and medium sized companies as either a Finance Controller and Finance Director in the IT and other related trades industry.
He started his own practice in 2006 with a keen passion to help small and upcoming start-up businesses. Akshay specialises in dealing with small businesses ranging from one man bands (sole traders and micro companies) to Partnerships and small limited companies.
Akshay is responsible for the continuous growth and development of ACE Accounts & Tax Ltd along with his qualified team.
NAMRATA SAWJANI
MAAT – Technical Director/Partner
Namrata is a qualified Accounting Technician with the Association of Accounting Technicians since 2011 and is a senior member of ACE Accounts & Tax and as a Practice Manager with nearly 5 year’s practice experience she specialises in producing Accounts and Tax computations to small and medium sized companies.
Namrata is currently studying towards attaining her Tax Technician qualification with the Association of Tax Technicians. She is also responsible for filing Tax returns for sole traders and other owner managed businesses.
Namrata enjoys finding tax efficient routes for clients to help them reduce their tax liabilities.
KUMUTHA JEVEENDRAN
Senior Accountant
Kumutha, a part-qualified student of ACCA and Certified Xero consultant is our senior accountant and bookkeeper at ACE Accounts and Tax. Kumutha has previously worked in the accounts department for various small and medium sized companies.
Kumutha brings to ACE her valuable experience of managing client records and having joined ACE since the last 2 years has been managing accounts and bookkeeping records for various clients.
Kumutha also assists the Practice manager towards preparing client’s statutory accounts and reconciliations.
JASLEEN GANDHI
Payroll Manager
As Payroll Manager, Jasleen is responsible and specialise in managing client payroll and auto-enrolment for employers. She also has experience of compiling and filing VAT returns. She is our go to person for answering any payroll, P11d’s, auto enrolment and VAT related queries and is easily accessible by phone and email.
Jasleen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with E-Commerce Hons and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management. She is in the final stages of achieving full membership status with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
Jasleen is multi-lingual and can speak English, Hindi and Punjabi.
SANJEEDHA ARAFATH
Assistant Accountant
A part qualified CIMA studier and progressing towards AAT qualifications, I bring numerous of years of accounting and payroll experience to ACE. I currently manage sole traders and limited companies accounts, VAT returns and assist the senior accountant toward preparing statutory accounts. My role as Assistant Accountant enables me to deal with various clients and assisting them with their queries. As a XERO certified advisor, I also champion the cloud accounting software. I enjoy liaising with clients and working at ACE give me a complete work and life balance.
Outside work, I enjoy cooking, listening to music and being around family and friends.
MONIKA TALAR
Bookkeeper
Joined ACE as an accounts apprentice currently studying for my AAT qualifications, my responsibilities include managing client’s books via XERO and Receipt Bank, bank reconciliation towards preparing sole trader/small limited companies accounts and assisting the company accountant towards preparation of VAT returns.
I am very enthusiastic toward my work and looking forward to my AAT qualifications. I also have a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
In my spare time I enjoy watching movies at the cinema and travel
MAMATHA BODIGE
Administrator/Office Manager
Currently pursuing my AAT qualifications, I am the Administrator/Office Manager for ACE, having done my time in the childcare profession for over 8 years. I am well versed with dealing with clients and managing the office and assisting my colleagues where needed. In my free time I enjoy watching movies, meeting friends and going out for long walks.
